Key Responsibilities

Development and Scripting: Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.

Technical Leadership: For Tech Lead role, Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Platform Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and processes to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Process Optimization: Implement and optimize ServiceNow processes, ensuring seamless functionality across modules and applications.

Integration and Automation: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using Integration hub, REST, SOAP, and other APIs, while driving automation initiatives.

Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance platform capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Scripting Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) for custom application development, business rules, script includes, and UI scripts.

ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and core functionalities (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub).

Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow processes, including workflow configuration, service catalog development, and platform automation.

Module Expertise: Good-to-have understanding of ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM, and ITAM modules, with experience in implementing or customizing these modules being a plus.

Integration Skills: Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other API-based technologies.Role & responsibilities
