Role Description

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Daily tasks include creating workflows, scripts, and integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business needs. The developer will focus on optimizing platform performance and staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow updates and features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, configure, and implement solutions within ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, etc.).


• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, notifications, and access controls.


• Develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements using ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, GlideAjax, Script Includes, etc.).


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Perform platform upgrades, module deployments, and instance maintenance.


• Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and ensure solution quality and performance.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, ITSM, and Platform teams.


• Maintain documentation including technical specs, configuration guides, and release notes.


• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
