Hiring For Inside sales executive

Qualification:- PUC/ Any Degree

Fresher/ Experience

Gender: Male/ Female

Salary: to 25000

Timing:- 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Age:- Below 30

Location: Bilekahalli, Koramangala, Hsr layout - Bangalore

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.

* Provide accurate information about products and assist with their usage.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Generate reports on customer feedback, queries, and complaints.

* Handle customer feedback with professionalism.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil.

* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM software.

* Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns. Prior experience in tele-calling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
