Business Development Executive Job Description:

  • As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company's sales growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand client requirements and help close projects successfully.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements related to IT services (Frontend, Backend, Mobile App, ERP, UI/UX) and present suitable solutions.
  • Lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and help achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain services and project plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to support project planning and proposal creation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle client negotiations.
  • Maintain lead tracking, reporting, and CRM updates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales strategy.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
