Role & responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 10/11).
Experienced in Active Directory (Multiple Forest and Multi-Domain architecture) and its concepts, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows infrastructure services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, for hybrid cloud integration, managing resources, and implementing Azure Active Directory services.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Platform (various plans, features, and usage), Microsoft Team, Azure (AD-Connect, In-Tune, RMS), or other cloud platforms.
In-depth understanding of various networking concepts. Experience in basic networking e.g. IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, etc. Understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP, Protocols, network topology, various types of connectivity ILL, RF, MPLS, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware or Nutanix.
Working experience on various OEM hardware e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.
Sound knowledge of the functionality of various AV & VC (Polycom, Avaya, Etc.) systems.
Working knowledge of endpoint protection applications from Cynet, McAfee, TrendMicro, etc.
Knowledge of functioning and usage of various storages e.g. NAS, SAN, and DAS.
