About The Role
:

We are seeking a driven and well-networked professional to lead brand onboarding and category development at NONSTOP. This person will be responsible for building strong partnerships with leading domestic and international brands, driving vendor tie-ups, and curating a high-quality product portfolio across wellness, rehab, personal care, and mobility categories.

Health | Fitness | Wellness | Electronic | Recovery | Food Consumables | Nutraceuticals | Personal Care – Skin & Hair | Mobility | Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

·
  Identify, evaluate, and onboard new brands/products aligned with NONSTOP's philosophy.

·      Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle: outreach, negotiations, agreements, and onboarding.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and global brand partners.

·      Manage P&L. Drive margin negotiations, payment terms, and commercial contracts.

·      Monitor category performance (sales, margins, consumer feedback) and suggest improvements.

·      Collaborate with marketing & store teams to ensure smooth launches and visibility of new brands.

·      Stay updated on retail trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

·      Work closely with finance and supply chain for vendor settlements and inventory planning.

Qualifications & Skills

· years of experience in business development, category management, and modern trade vendor relations, preferably in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, or retail.

·      Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Understanding of retail operations, margins, and product pricing.

·      Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

·      Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP/retail systems is a plus.
