We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the manager of Software Engineering. In this role, you will ensure continuous improvement through your deep expertise in networking, cloud, automation development, test methodologies, and customer focus. You will be a part of the team that works on cutting-edge technologies like containers and cloud and builds a new SaaS offering for Infoblox. What you'll do:

• Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites in response to the growing feature set and customer requirements
• Work closely with software engineers, test engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycle and be an integral part of the Agile engineering team
• Work in a fast-paced, continuous integration and delivery-based engineering environment
• Write test scripts in Python for web-ui and micro services
• Manage, monitor, test, and execute on a daily basis
• Build cloud infrastructure and automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring SaaS applications running on AWS

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of experience developing functional and end-to-end tests
• Track record in developing highly maintainable functional and end-to-end tests for microservices architectures
• Strong Python skills
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines
• Capacity to develop modular and maintainable test harnesses
• Document test execution issues and deliverables
• Knowledge of test frameworks (pyTest preferred)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and building integrations using the programmable interfaces
• Experience with a few of these technologies is highly preferred—Agile lifecycle, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, JIRA, and Git

What success looks like:
After six months, you will…

• Develop expertise in Python
• Learn, deploy, and manage services on Kubernetes
• Develop knowledge on Micro FrontEnd architecture
• Develop expertise in testing microservices
• Improve efficiency rate with testing and completing projects

After About a Year, You Will…

• Have made a significant contribution toward testing Kubernetes Infrastructure
• Lead and take ownership of the feature/project
• Learn, deploy, and manage services on Kubernetes
