MRI Software looking for an experienced and skilled candidate to join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible to assess software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and manual test scripts. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they are dealt with. 

We perceive the QA Engineer as the knowledge bank of the business domain associated with the product(s) you will be working on and shall be the main go-to person for all team members including the developers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Should have atleast 6+ years of Manual Testing experience 
  • Should have atleast 2+ year of Automation Testing experience (tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress with scripting Languages c#, Javascript,Java)
  • Should have understanding of automation framework
  • Should be able to write SQL Queries to test Database
  • Should be able to understand functionalities of the application, design and execute test cases manual
  • Good Communicaiton skill required as they will have to communication with offshore teams (UK/US)
  • Willing to learn new technologies ane new tools
  • Should have worked on JIRA, DevOps or other test management tools
  • Should have indepth knowledge of testing techniques
  • Should have experience in API testing

EDUCATION  

  • BE/BS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
