Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Voice Chat Verification Backoffice Non-Voice. This is a full-time, junior-level position located in Mumbai, specifically in areas like Andheri, Malad, Goregaon, Thane, Ghatkopar, and Borivali. The ideal candidate should be ready to engage with technology and processes that streamline customer interactions and data management, with no prior work experience required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in CRM software for managing and accessing customer data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced with LiveChat to engage seamlessly with customers in a non-voice setting (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in data entry for accurate and timely maintenance of company databases (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk to handle customer service requests effectively.
  • Proficient with Gmail to communicate swiftly and professionally in the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Handle voice chat verification and non-voice customer interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Execute data entry tasks with high accuracy and maintain updated records in company systems.
  • Respond to emails and client requests using Gmail, maintaining a high standard of communication.
  • Ensure attention to detail in processing customer requests and accurately updating records.
  • Assist in optimizing workflow processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior staff to implement solutions that align with company objectives and client needs.
