You will be part of a winning team, enabled by DBS, that is passionate about helping life science experts around the world get to answers they can trust.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Application Support Specialist is responsible for following:Deliver high quality support to users to drive customer satisfaction, leading to development, nurturing and retention of key customer base.Plan and deliver training courses, provide phone, web and in-lab technical support of LC-MS products and monitor customer satisfaction through regular contact with key accounts.Pre-sales demonstration of Sciex Separations instruments and workflows.Prepare and/or deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at scientific conferencesConduct and deliver regular trainings/refreshers for sales and service teams and Coach junior members of the team.This position is customer focused research support and part of the Sciex Application team  and will be located in India (Bangalore). and will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Sciex Separations business Pan-India.In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Pre-sales demonstrations of Sciex Separations equipment(s)Post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionConduct and deliver training courses /refreshers learning session to our customersExtend timely support to users to drive customer satisfaction leading to retention of key customer basePrepare and/or deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at scientific conferencesThe essential requirements of the job include:  M. Pharma/ M. Sc (> 5 year of industry experience) / Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (>3 years of experience)4-8 years of relevant experience in Lifesciences or related industry. Experience in the area of Bioanalytical/DMPK & analytical research shall be preferredIn-depth understanding of analytical techniques in research, specific to Liquid Chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Preferable to have hands on experience related to other instrumentation and techniques in LC-MS workflowsHighest levels of personal and professional integrity and ethics with good verbal and written English language communication skills.Proven experience of teaching or training the use of separations sciences equipment  Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:As this is field-based Job based out of Bangalore (India) and support to be extended Pan-India.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Proven experience of teaching or training the use of separations sciences equipment.Exposure to SCIEX technologies SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
