  1. Inventory Management

  2. Maintain accurate stock levels of vending products (snacks, drinks, etc.)

  3. Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.

  4. Monitor expiration dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

  5. Order Fulfillment

  6. Prepare product orders for vending route drivers or technicians.

  7. Coordinate product loading for daily routes based on inventory needs.

  8. Ensure accurate packing and timely dispatch.

  9. Warehouse Operations

  10. Organize warehouse layout for optimal flow and accessibility.

  11. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.

  12. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks if necessary.

  13. Team Leadership

  14. Supervise warehouse staff and route preparation teams.

  15. Provide training on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

  16. Schedule shifts and manage labor to meet operational needs.

  17. Coordination with Other Departments

  18. Work with the route operations team to forecast stock needs.

  19. Communicate with procurement/purchasing for restocking.

  20. Liaise with customer service to address stock-related complaints or issues.

  21. Technology and Reporting

  22. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or vending-specific software.

  23. Track inventory levels, discrepancies, and generate regular reports.
  24. Analyze stock movement trends to support demand planning.

Additional Duties

  • Ensure compliance with local food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle returns, damaged goods, and expired products appropriately.
  • Assist in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvement strategies.

Key Skills Required

  • Organizational Skills – to manage high volumes of SKUs and maintain efficiency.
  • Leadership – ability to lead and motivate a warehouse team.
  • Attention to Detail – especially with expiration dates and order accuracy.
  • Tech-savviness – comfort with inventory software and possibly vending route software.
  • Problem-solving – to handle unexpected issues like delivery delays or stock shortages.

Knowledge excel and google sheets and communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
