Job Purpose

  • To lead and oversee the Health & Safety function across RSPL Groups manufacturing units, offices, depots/warehouses, and project sites. The role ensures a safe, compliant, and risk-conscious work environment while fostering a proactive safety culture aligned with global standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Groups' Health & Safety strategy, culture, and team development to embed safety excellence across all operations.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and coordinate effectively with statutory bodies for audits, inspections, and reporting across all units.
  • Lead risk management across the Group by conducting assessments, investigating incidents, and driving preparedness through robust emergency and continuity planning.
  • Develop and enhance HSE policies and systems while driving certification compliance across all operational sites.
  • Design and implement comprehensive safety training programs to build awareness and strengthen safety culture across the organization.
  • Monitor and report safety performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed safety in core operations and represent RSPL Group in industry and regulatory platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
  • 15+ years of HSE experience with 5+ years in leadership roles; FMCG/chemical/manufacturing background preferred
