Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our centre. The role requires strong management, client servicing, and sales skills. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall functioning of the centre, including operations and administration.
- Handle client servicing and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor centre performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both operations and sales responsibilities.
- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
