About the Role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and analytical Tech Innovation Analyst to identify, evaluate, and support the adoption of emerging technologies that can drive business transformation and competitive advantage. In this role, you will monitor technology trends, assess new tools and platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor innovations to identify opportunities for the organization.
  • Evaluate new technology solutions through proof-of-concept projects, pilot programs, and vendor assessments.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and align technology initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed technology adoption.
  • Support the design and execution of innovation projects, tracking progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Participate in technology conferences, webinars, and professional networks to stay informed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Masters in Technology Management) is a plus.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives or R&D environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of intellectual property and technology licensing.
  • Networking connections with technology startups and innovation hubs.
