Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy Growth Planning

  • Develop a platform-wise content strategy for Relaxo, Sparx, Bahamas & Flite aligned with brand goals, seasonal trends, and campaign calendars.
  • Create a performance-driven content roadmap focused on driving engagement, CTR, and conversions across e-commerce and D2C platforms.
  • Leverage new-age content formats like AI/CGI videos, GIFs, and infographics to enhance product storytelling and customer experience.

Financial

  • Cost Efficiency in Content Management
  • Evaluate the direct impact of optimized product listings, SEO strategies, and creative assets on sales growth

Customer Orientation

  • Understanding of digital audience behavior
  • Understand the needs & wants of internal & external customers

Internal Business Process

  1. Content Strategy Development:

  2. Devise and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Relaxo, Sparx, Bahamas, and Flite tailored to e-commerce and D2C platforms.

  3. Align content themes with brand guidelines, seasonal trends, product launches, and marketing goals.

  4. Creative Asset Production:

  5. Lead the conceptualization and execution of static creatives, GIFs, AI/CGI videos, and short-format content for product listings, banners, and campaign assets.

  6. Coordinate with design teams and agencies for timely production and delivery.

  7. Product Detail Page (PDP) & A+ Content

  8. Develop engaging and informative PDP and A+ content (including copy, infographics, and visuals) to improve product presentation, SEO, and conversion rates.

  9. Performance Marketing Creative Support

  10. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create compelling ad creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace ads.

  11. Test variations and optimize creatives based on performance insights.

  12. Platform-Specific Content Customization

  13. Adapt content for different e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C sites, ensuring alignment with each platforms guidelines and best practices.

  14. Trend & Competitor Analysis

  15. Monitor industry trends, competitor content strategies, and consumer preferences to inform content planning and maintain a competitive edge.

  16. Cross-functional Collaboration

  17. Work closely with marketing, design, performance, and product teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all brand content.
