Role & responsibilities

  • Develop tailored financial solutions.
  • Engage clients with timely updates.
  • Acquire new clients via networking and referrals.
  • Grow AUM through strong relationships.
  • Review and rebalance portfolios.
  • Cross-sell wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, FDs, Insurance).
  • Share market insights and research.
  • Coordinate marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance and proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 7-12 years in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Advisory
  • Certifications: AMFI / NISM certifications preferred (not mandatory but an added advantage)
  • Product Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and other wealth instruments
  • Track Record: Proven ability to generate and manage a minimum AUM of 30 Cr
  • Client Handling: Strong relationship management skills with exposure to HNI/UHNI client servicing
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify financial concepts
  • Mindset: Target-oriented, analytical, and emotionally stable under pressure
  • Compliance: Familiar with documentation, regulatory norms, and internal process adherence
