Job Description

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Young and dynamic experienced candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Gold Loans who are passionate about building their career in the Gold loans domain. Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and also have basic knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of the vernacular language of the respective region is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase Gold loan business.
  • Revenue generation through cross-selling products & interest collection.
  • Gold loans appraisal.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships.
  • Customer relationship management and follow-up, maintenance of important registers and daily reports, cash management and accounting.
  • Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches of insurance products.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in canvassing and sourcing new customers to increase Gold loan business.

  • Proficiency in Gold loans appraisal.
  • Strong ability to maintain good relationships with clients.
