Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage the billing and invoicing operations of a reputed medical store in Dhamtari. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pharmacy or retail billing, knowledge of medicines and software-based billing systems, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate and timely bills using billing software for all customer purchases.
  • Maintain daily sales records, cash, and credit transactions accurately.
  • Handle customer billing queries and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • Check medicine prices, expiry dates, and stock availability before billing.
  • Support the store manager in maintaining stock and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and staff regarding stock entries and price updates.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, pharmacy norms, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and transaction reports for auditing purposes.
  • Assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing operations, preferably in a medical store or pharmacy.
  • Proficiency in billing software (such as Marg, Tally, or similar POS systems).
  • Good knowledge of medicines and OTC products will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 15k – 20k per month
