About the company:
Pice is a disruptor in the Indian B2B payments and credit space, looking to transform how small businesses pay and collect.

The digital payments revolution has changed how consumers transfer money. UPI transfers are done in seconds, personal loans are disbursed in minutes, and visits to bank branches are becoming obsolete.

However, this is far from reality for Indian businesses, where cash is still king. Pice provides a UPI-like experience for business payments with an option to avail of credit on each transaction. They also offer a no-cost collection solution for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers, which can seamlessly extend credit to customers at zero risk.

About The Role
We are looking for a candidate to lead inorganic acquisitions and activations in Pice's growth team. This will involve attracting and retaining new businesses to Pice, paying special attention to installs, KYC completions and activations (1st transactions).

You will identify and target the next set of business users who will help us grow exponentially. In addition, you'll also get to manage and optimise the performance of the charter through strict oversight of data (what can/ has gone wrong, correct them, and build an end-to-end perspective).

What You Will Do

  • Identify and strategise the next set of cohorts and channels that we need to unlock.
  • Strategise and execute the Meta/Google Ads marketing plan, which will include campaign planning, execution and optimisation of different types of these ads
  • Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve efficiency improvement in performance campaigns
  • Handle a large budget across multiple channels while maintaining the ROI of the budget and continuous reporting
  • Work closely with the analytics teams to derive meaningful insights and drive a data-backed strategy

What You Will Need

  • 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in fintech, or within a digital marketing agency, a high-growth product/tech startup, or the B2B/SaaS space.
  • Structured problem-solving with good communication skills
  • Data-driven with good Excel skills. High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Content & Design
  • Optimise using AI for better efficiency and performance.
  • Expand into additional distribution channels like Quora, Reddit, and other prime real estate for performance marketing.
