Role Summary

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager to provide data-driven insights on talent markets, competitors, skills availability, and compensation trends. This role will support strategic workforce planning, hiring feasibility, and talent sourcing strategies by delivering actionable market intelligence to business and TA lead

1) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on talent supply-demand, skills availability, and emerging talent hubs.
  • Track competitor hiring trends, organizational changes, and employer branding activities.
  • Benchmark compensation ranges, job titles, and skill requirements across markets.
  • Provide hiring feasibility insights for new roles, geographies, and workforce plans.
  • Build talent reports, dashboards, heatmaps, and market intelligence summaries.
  • Support TA and sourcing teams with research briefs for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to enable data-driven hiring strategies.

2)Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Economics, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 2-6 years of experience in Talent Intelligence, Research, HR Analytics, or TA Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with research tools (LinkedIn Insights, TalentNeuron, SeekOut, job market datasets).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations.
