- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section as per the recipe and presentation standards.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily operations and supervise Commis staff.
- Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets quality standards.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place and stock control within the section.
- Check freshness of ingredients and report any quality issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area at all times.
- Follow and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support other kitchen sections during busy operations when required.
- Assist in training and developing Commis team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹21, ₹24,000.00 per month
