Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Leader to lead our marketplace initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing data-driven products, with expertise in solving complex data science problems and abstract challenges. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical acumen, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Define and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for our marketplace platform.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with data science teams to translate complex analytics and machine learning insights into actionable product features.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle abstract, high-level challenges and innovate solutions to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in marketplace or data-centric environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex data science problems and abstract, strategic challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional project management.
