About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team of software engineers,

data engineers, data scientists in delivering high-impact AI, Analytics and Data Engineering

solutions to our banking and financial services clients. As a project manager, you will be

responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects, managing client relationships,

and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality analytics solutions to banking and financial services clients.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting for analytics projects.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to identify and onboard high-quality resources.
• Define goals and career progression path for the team aligned with Straive and client
• Vision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and
• Objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain expertise in banking and financial services domain, staying up-
• to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients and internal Stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, and use
• this knowledge to inform business development and sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills Needed:

• 8+ Years of experience in software engineering (Python /Java/SQL), or a related field, with a focus on banking and financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions to clients.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
