Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop full-scale project plans.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Manage project resource allocation.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana,

Trello).

  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in IT Industry
