Manufacturing Industry. We have a total employment of 250 and
we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office
In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,
Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP -Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ERP Software -related queries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring seamless support for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to users via calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for unresolved technical issues.
- Guide users with step-by-step solutions and create FAQs/user manuals when needed.
- Ensure timely closure of support tickets within defined SLA.
- Escalate critical issues to higher-level IT support or system administrators.
- Maintain logs of support requests, solutions provided, and recurring issues.
- Train and support users on IT processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP software, MS Office, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with email configurations, and remote query resolution.
- Good understanding of ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems support.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
