Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, seat, and serve guests courteously and promptly
  • Set, clean, and reset tables with appropriate décor and settings
  • Provide water, deliver drinks, and assist with food service
  • Maintain clean menus and well-stocked service stations
  • Support wait staff with service tasks and guest needs
  • Clear tables and assist in opening/closing duties
  • Wash and store dishes, transport linen as needed
  • Upsell menu items and highlight specials/promotions
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery
  • Stay updated on menu changes and promotions
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Take ownership of guest service in your section
  • Greet all guests warmly on entry and exit
  • Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior
  • Report incidents to management promptly
  • Follow up on guest queries or basic troubleshooting

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and current trends
  • Detail-oriented with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work break shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills; ability to handle cash
  • Physically fit to stand long hours and lift trays
  • Valid bike license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
