Head- Retail Sales and Operations

Responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed targets and ensuring consistent brand representation.
This role includes overseeing daily store operations for efficiency and profitability, managing and mentoring staff, and developing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities involve managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and analyzing performance data to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in retail management and familiarity with POS systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and provide visionary leadership to the retail sales team.
· Sales Management- Oversee all aspects of retail sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data /trends, reporting, and suggesting improvements.
· Team Development-Recruit, train, and mentor a high-preforming sales team at all the stores and foster a culture of accountability and motivation.
· Marketing -Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective retail marketing strategies. Utilize insights and market intelligence to adapt sales strategies to market changes.
· Compliance -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
· Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee replenishment to ensure optimal stock on hand.
· Ensure customer satisfaction: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer service and positive shopping experience.
· Implement policies and procedures: Enforce company policies, implement new procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Graduate
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
-Course/Experience in Retail Management with a proven track record of success in sales.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in using a CRM or Sales analytics tool
LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED
MS Office, CRM
