We are now seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead Sales & Operations across centers and digital channels. Role Overview The Head – Sales & Operations will be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all centers and service lines. This role demands a strategic thinker who combines strong business acumen with hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate takes complete ownership of business outcomes, understands operational return on investment (ROI), and brings proven experience managing retail/service operations at scale. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Own and drive overall sales strategy, revenue targets, and business expansion goals. Lead and mentor center sales teams, wellness consultants, and relationship managers to deliver high conversion ratios and repeat business. Develop partnerships and sales opportunities in the retail, service, and insurance ecosystems. Monitor funnel metrics, conversion analytics, and customer acquisition costs to maximize ROI. Introduce performance-based selling frameworks and incentive programs. Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day operations across centers, ensuring consistent service delivery, client engagement, and experience quality. Implement SOPs, best practices, and operational controls that enhance efficiency and productivity. Evaluate operational investments, cost structures, and resource allocations to yield measurable returns. Coordinate between nutrition teams, service delivery teams, and support functions to ensure seamless execution. P&L Management & ROI Focus Own the regional/site/centers’ P&L , budgeting, and forecasting. Track and improve operational ROI through data-driven decision-making. Identify underperforming areas and design corrective action plans with clear KPIs. Team Leadership & Development Build, train, and motivate high-performing sales and operations teams. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity. Conduct regular performance reviews and capability-building programs. Customer Experience & Retention Ensure superior customer service standards across all touchpoints. Drive NPS improvements, retention initiatives, and service innovation. Resolve escalations and maintain strict compliance with quality norms. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing for campaigns, lead-generation, and brand communication. Align with Product/Service Development teams to refine offerings based on customer needs. Work with the Insurance partnerships team to scale health & wellness programs through insurers. Required Experience & Skills 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales and operations within retail, wellness, fitness, healthcare, or service-oriented industries . Experience working with or selling through insurance channels is a strong advantage. Proven ability to own P&L, deliver revenue targets, and manage multi-location operations. Deep understanding of operational ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and performance measurement. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and operational tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
