Job Title: Closing Manager – Real EstateJob Overview
The Closing Manager will oversee the end-to-end closure of real estate sales transactions. This role ensures a smooth transition from booking to agreement, payment completion, documentation, and final handover. The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Closure & Documentation
- Manage the complete sales closing process from booking to registration.
- Ensure all customer documents are collected, verified, and processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, allotment letters, payment schedules, and related documents.
- Coordinate with legal teams for agreement drafting, registration appointments, and compliance requirements.
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the closing phase.
- Guide customers through documentation, payment processes, and legal formalities.
- Provide timely updates on project progress, payment reminders, and closure milestones.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations related to documentation, payments, and registration.
Internal & External Coordination
- Work closely with sales, CRM, accounts, and legal teams to ensure seamless closures.
- Coordinate with banks for loan approvals, disbursements, and related documentation.
- Liaise with registration offices, legal consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all sales closures comply with company policies, RERA guidelines, and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records, agreement copies, payment receipts, and audit-ready documentation.
- Monitor and improve processes to reduce delays and errors in closures.
Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS on closure status, pending agreements, loan progress, and registration timelines.
- Highlight closure bottlenecks to management and suggest process improvements.
- Support management with data for reports, audits, and compliance reviews.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in sales closing/CRM/real estate documentation roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate documentation, loan processes, and legal/compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation workflows.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and process-management abilities.
Education
- Graduate in any field (MBA or background in real estate/compliance preferred).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
