Resident Medical Officer

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our multidisciplinary team. The RMO will play a crucial role in delivering balanced care for our psychiatric and deaddiction patient’s medical treatment. This position involves patient assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and emergency care.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counsellors, to ensure integrated care.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including mental health assessments and addiction-related evaluations, as needed.
- Oversee and manage patient medication, ensuring appropriate dosages and monitoring for side effects.
- Provide immediate care in emergency situations and manage acute psychiatric or addiction-related crises.
- Oversee the unit’s daily operations and contribute to the management and development of the healthcare team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to patient care and unit management, including record-keeping and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
- Reports to: General Manager

**Qualification: BHMS/BAMS/MBBS**

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of total medical experience(allopathy). Experience in psychiatry or deaddiction treatment is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in emergency care and management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Competency in decision-making and patient management.
