Resident Medical Officer

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Provide **round-the-clock medical support** and care to patients.
- Monitor **patients' health conditions**, record symptoms, and update medical records.
- Assist in **diagnosing, treating, and managing psychiatric disorders** under senior doctors' supervision.
- Ensure proper **medication administration** and treatment compliance.
- Respond promptly to **medical emergencies** and coordinate with specialists if needed.
- Maintain **patient safety, hygiene, and well-being** in the hospital.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver **holistic patient care**.
- Educate patients and families on **treatment plans and mental health awareness**.

**Requirements**:
✔ BHAM / BHM qualification
✔ Experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health (preferred)
✔ Ability to work in a **24x7 hospital setup**
✔ Strong communication & patient management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
