Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on banking and NBFC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive innovative business solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with current market trends and future perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and document requirements using appropriate techniques.
  • Solution Design: Develop innovative business solutions that align with stakeholder needs, current market trends, and future perspectives.
  • Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Testing and Validation: Participate in QA triage, resolve issues, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support for implemented solutions.
    • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking and financial services sector.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JIRA and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of banking and NBFC regulations and processes.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt solutions based on market trends and future perspectives.
