Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst - MIS to manage the complete spectrum of MIS activities in the healthcare domain. The role involves preparing, analyzing, and reporting sales data from billing to collections, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for business decision-making. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Sales MIS, including sales billing, collections tracking, and accounting-related MIS.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with actionable insights for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across billing, receivables, and collection modules.
  • Monitor collection status against targets and highlight overdue accounts.
  • Support reconciliation of sales and collection data with finance/accounting records.
  • Develop dashboards and automate routine MIS reports for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams for data gathering and validation.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales MIS, preferably in the healthcare or pharma industry.
  • Strong exposure to sales billing, receivables, and collection accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards) and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet strict timelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in data automation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
