Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve order booking and revenue targets for wind tubular towers in the Indian market.

  • Tender & Proposal Management:

  • Monitor RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and Tenders from prospective clients.

  • Prepare competitive and technically compliant techno-commercial proposals, bids, and quotations in line with client requirements.

  • Presentation & Communication: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients and stakeholders using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for visual storytelling and data presentation.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to track industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical) is preferred.

  • Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the wind energy supply chain, wind turbine components, and the technical aspects of tubular steel towers is a significant advantage.

  • Technical & Software Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office Proficiency: Mandatory expert skills in MS Excel for data analysis, costing, and reporting, and MS PowerPoint for creating compelling, client-facing presentations.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions for client meetings, site visits, and industry conferences
