Role Overview:
The
HR & Resource Manager
will oversee both human resource operations and resource management for Forge Alumnus programs and initiatives. The role combines people management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency to ensure the right talent and external expertise are engaged, retained, and optimally utilized.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Management
- Identify, onboard, and allocate mentors, advisors, speakers, and judges for programs and events.
- Maintain and update a structured database of industry experts, alumni, and institutional partners.
- Forecast and manage resource requirements for upcoming activities.
- Coordinate logistics, confirmations, and backup arrangements for events and sessions.
2. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee data, attendance, and compliance records.
- Support policy implementation and HRMS maintenance.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison with mentors, industry leaders, and academic partners.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement.
4. Reporting & Strategic Inputs
- Prepare event-wise and HR performance reports.
- Track resource utilization and engagement metrics.
- Recommend strategies to strengthen mentor and employee engagement.
Qualification & Skills:
- Education:
B.Tech + MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Experience:
0–2 years in HR, operations, or stakeholder management.
- Key Competencies:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with event management and academic–industry collaboration.
Location:
Onsite (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Saturday)
