Job Title: Sr Business Development Executive – Rooftop Solar

Location: On-site, Lucknow

Role Overview:

We seek a sharp, results-driven Sr BD Executive who can think fast, build networks, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and activate new sales channels.

2. Build and manage local partnerships to generate business (like Newspaper Marketing).

3. Develop outreach with institutions and communities for larger projects (commercial).

4. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.

5. Maintain clear pipelines, leads, and reports.

6. Achieve sales targets within defined timelines.

What We're Looking For:

1. Smart, resourceful self-starter.

2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

3. Sales/BD experience preferred, but drive and hustle matter more.

4. Must have basic computer knowledge.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Performance incentives: a cut on every project closed.

Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred.
