Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Management Trainees – Field Sales who are eager to kickstart their career in education sales and business development. The role offers hands-on experience in driving admissions, building partnerships, and learning the operational aspects of running a preschool business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive admissions for assigned centres.
  • Conduct local market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with parents and community partners.
  • Support centre teams in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report daily sales activities and performance metrics.
