Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP CDC Architect to lead the design, integration, and implementation of SAP Customer Data Cloud solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and compliant customer identity and consent management systems across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and implementation of SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) solutions to manage customer identity, access, profile, and consent.

Design end-to-end integration with internal and third-party systems, including SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and other CRM/ERP systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to customer data strategy, consent management, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Define and document solution architecture, data flows, APIs, and integration strategies for scalable customer data platforms.

Lead workshops and technical discussions with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ensure the architecture aligns with best practices for privacy, security, and data governance.

Guide the development team during the implementation and testing phases.

Evaluate and optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Stay current with SAP roadmap, industry trends, and best practices in customer identity and data management.

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design with a focus on customer data management.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP CDC (Gigya).

Strong understanding of CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and other modern authentication protocols.

Proven track record of integrating SAP CDC with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, or similar systems.

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) for web integration.

Knowledge of data modeling, security, and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

SAP or CIAM-related certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).

Background in customer journey orchestration or personalization.

SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAP Certified
