Job Title: IT Sales – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location:Mohali
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products and services.
- Experience on Upwork, linked in, and other platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate IT solutions.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Maintain CRM/database of prospects and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred: IT/Business/Marketing).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / business development (freshers with strong communication & sales skills may apply).
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions (Cloud, SaaS, Software, Hardware, Networking etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
