Job Title: IT Sales – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location:Mohali

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products and services.
  • Experience on Upwork, linked in, and other platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate IT solutions.
  • Conduct cold calls, client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Maintain CRM/database of prospects and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred: IT/Business/Marketing).
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT sales / business development (freshers with strong communication & sales skills may apply).
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions (Cloud, SaaS, Software, Hardware, Networking etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
