Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Online Bidder located in Sas Nagar. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects through various online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and submitting proposals, negotiating terms with clients, communicating project details, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role additionally involves coordinating with the internal team to ensure project requirements are met and keeping track of bidding success rates.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in writing and submitting proposals
  • Experience with online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and ensure project details are effectively conveyed
  • Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams and managing client relationships
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
