Role: Executive - Sales Administration

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with distributors to ensure timely and regular submission of DOA claims.
- Maintain accurate DOA records and prepare periodic reports.
- Review DOA claims, verify required information and documents, and process claim payments or credit notes.
- Issue approval codes to distributors for dispatch of materials.
- Prepare credit notes upon receipt of materials and submit them to HQ for approval.
- Update and communicate DOA claim status to distributors on a regular basis.
- Ensure all claims are submitted and processed within the defined validity period.
- Coordinate with distributors to obtain signed-back credit notes.
- Generate N08 entries in the system and submit them to the Accounts team for further processing.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Good documentation, verification, and reporting abilities.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes.
- Ability to manage timelines and ensure closure of claims within validity periods.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in claims processing, distributor coordination, or a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
