Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with distributors to ensure timely and regular submission of DOA claims.
  • Maintain accurate DOA records and prepare periodic reports.
  • Review DOA claims, verify required information and documents, and process claim payments or credit notes.
  • Issue approval codes to distributors for dispatch of materials.
  • Prepare credit notes upon receipt of materials and submit them to HQ for approval.
  • Update and communicate DOA claim status to distributors on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all claims are submitted and processed within the defined validity period.
  • Coordinate with distributors to obtain signed-back credit notes.
  • Generate N08 entries in the system and submit them to the Accounts team for further processing.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills with distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Good documentation, verification, and reporting abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with processes.
  • Ability to manage timelines and ensure closure of claims within validity periods.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in claims processing, distributor coordination, or a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
