Female receptionist required to acts as the first point of contact for a business, managing the front desk, answering phones, directing visitors, and performing essential administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and provide a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, handling calls and mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception area, and offering general administrative support to various departments. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide information to clients, customers, and other staff.
  • Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Communication: Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Scheduling: Book appointments, manage calendars, and schedule meetings for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Perform tasks like filing, data entry, document preparation, and supporting other departments as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24, ₹25,000.00 per month
