Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Indore for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with leadership to improve processes and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentorship, and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints, and retention processes
  • Familiarity with telesales, upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving results
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for performance tracking and process improvement
  • Previous experience in a similar role and expertise in the BPO or call center industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
