Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our growing technology team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, front-end development, Python, and cloud environments
. You'll be responsible for leading the development team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality software products
.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.
  • Work on front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, and
  • Develop and manage databases using MongoDB.
  • Implement backend integrations and data processing with Python.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure technical excellence.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote best coding practices, and ensure code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; identify areas for system improvements.
  • Research and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery,
  • Good understanding of Python, MongoDB, and Azure Cloud.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and software lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

  • Experience working with Office JS.
  • Exposure to R&D or innovation-driven environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
