If you love building scalable products, driving automation, and leading end-to-end tech, this role is for you.Role: Tech LeadLocation: : Mumbai – Western SuburbsWork Mode: 100% On-SiteWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWhat You’ll Lead- Full ownership of website, mobile app, backend systems, and tech roadmap- Architect scalable systems using MERN/MEAN, Flutter/React Native, and cloud infra- Build and deploy AI-driven automation workflows (chatbots, voice analytics, internal automation)- Integrate platforms like Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Shipmojo, Razorpay, WhatsApp APIs- Drive tech + business alignment for growth, efficiency & customer experience- Manage external development partners and gradually build an internal tech team- Ensure data security, performance, uptime, and compliance for healthcare systemsWhat You Bring- 5–8 years of hands-on development experience- 2+ years in a Tech Lead / Architect role- Strong MERN/MEAN knowledge + mobile frameworks (Flutter / React Native)- Experience integrating third-party tools, CRMs, logistics/API systems- Exposure to AI tools, automation, data-driven decision systems- Ability to manage vendors & collaborate with founders/business teamsGood to Have- HealthTech or e-commerce experience- Familiarity with Zoho suite- Knowledge of AI personalization & automationWhy JoinYou’ll be at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and impact—leading the tech vision that will shape an AI-first, next-gen patient-centric pharmacy platform serving millions.
