As our Finance Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial operations, oversee accounting accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy across books, ledgers, reconciliations, and statutory records.
  • Oversee and optimize our Zoho Books environment, including financial reporting, workflow improvements, and system-level controls.
  • Manage GST compliance, vendor payments, statutory filings, and periodic financial closures.
  • Develop, review, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and visibility across finance operations.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional and tech teams to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill junior finance team members and interns, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work directly with senior leadership on financial planning, cash flow management, audit preparation, and corporate controls.
