Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an Area Sales Manager is based in Indore. The role involves driving sales growth and expansion, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for new business within the assigned area. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing sales strategies, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include conducting market research, developing sales plans, coordinating with the product and service teams, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Experience in analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, teamwork, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge in Renewable Energy: Familiarity with solar products, inverters, and energy storage systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Business Tools: Competence in using CRM software, Microsoft
