Designation: Hotel Reservation Analyst/OTA Analyst

We are seeking an experienced OTA Analyst to join our team immediately. As an OTA Analyst, your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and updating the online travel agency platforms, managing reservations and bookings, coordinating with property owners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information, and providing excellent customer service to guests. You will also assist in optimizing property listings and implementing marketing strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.

LOCATION: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Near Calicut University

Qualifications:

  • Graduates, Post Graduates
  • 0-02 years of experience in Hotel Reservations (Travel Industry).
  • Experience with online travel agency platforms and reservation management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Good Technical skills and Communication Skills – English, Hindi and Malayalam
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and vacation rentals is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Reservations & Inventory Management
  • OTA Listing and optimization
  • Real Time OTA (Airbnb, Agoda, MMT and ) Inventory Management
  • Handle channel management software.
  • Online sales and business development.
  • Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes and services.
  • Deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Work well in a team and collaborate with property owners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
