**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tour Development**: Design and develop tour packages for various destinations, considering factors such as client preferences, budget constraints, and market trends.
- **Destination Research**: Conduct thorough research on destinations, attractions, accommodations, and activities to create compelling and immersive travel experiences.
- **Itinerary Planning**: Create detailed tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, sightseeing tours, meals, and other activities, ensuring a balance of leisure and exploration.
- **Supplier Management**: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and other service providers, to secure favorable rates and ensure quality services.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, provide expert advice and recommendations, and customize tour packages to meet their needs and expectations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate logistics for tour operations, including transportation arrangements, ticket bookings, reservations, and handling any unforeseen challenges or changes during the tour.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of tour services and experiences, gather feedback from clients, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly in tour operations or travel planning, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences worldwide.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, such as TourCMS or Rezdy, preferred.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and memorable travel experiences.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
