Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Homesloc, a leading OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting our platform's services through effective sales and marketing strategies in the field.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential clients, including hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, and other travel service providers, to expand our customer base.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the travel industry.

3. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

5. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our platform.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.

8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.

9. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

10. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the travel industry or related field.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

4. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
